All terms and conditions apply to purchases made in person, through our main website, or via our official Shopify store; all other platforms are expressly excluded.

1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Midnight Bear Watch Co. timepieces come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If your watch experiences a mechanical failure due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Any attempt by a third party to open or repair the watch will void the warranty. For warranty service, please contact us directly with proof of purchase.

5-Year Battery Replacement Service

Midnight Bear Watch Co. offers free battery replacement for the first 5 years on all quartz movement watches. Simply cover the cost of postage both ways, and we’ll take care of the rest. Keep your timepiece running smoothly—just send it in when it’s time for a fresh battery!

Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

Midnight Bear Watch Co. — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new timepiece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds:
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please Note:

Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom or special-order items are final sale unless defective.
If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery confirmation, you're still eligible for store credit on returns made within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected, and can be used toward any future purchase at Midnight Bear Watch Co.

Final Sale — Vintage & Non-Midnight Bear Watches

Scope. “Vintage” means any pre-owned or age-qualified watch; “Non-Midnight Bear” means any watch not designed/assembled by Midnight Bear Watch Co.
All Sales Final. These items are sold as-is with no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once purchased.
Condition Disclosure. We describe condition to the best of our ability and provide photos; minor wear consistent with age/use is expected.
Function Notes (Vintage). Accuracy, water resistance, power reserve, and remaining battery life (for quartz) are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Warranty. No warranty is provided on vintage or non-Midnight Bear watches. Any manufacturer’s vintage warranty (if any) is between the buyer and the original maker.
Shipping Damage / “Not as Described.” If an item arrives damaged in transit or materially differs from the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a carrier claim or resolution.
Legal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
