All terms and conditions apply to purchases made in person, through our main website, or via our official Shopify store; all other platforms are expressly excluded.

Midnight Bear Watch Co. — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new timepiece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds:
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please Note:

• Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Custom or special-order items are final sale unless defective.
• If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery confirmation, you're still eligible for store credit on returns made within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected, and can be used toward any future purchase at Midnight Bear Watch Co.
